Which personal data are processed and from which source do they come from?
The only personal information I collect from you is information you choose to provide to me, for example, through the contact form on this website or by e-mail. These data will be stored for the purpose of processing your request as well as in the event that follow-up questions arise. Generally, I will keep your personal information for six months or for as long as it is relevant and useful for the original purpose. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. The legal basis for processing these data is provided by Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b, c, f GDPR (performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract; for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; legitimate interests pursued by the controller).

Which data are stored in server log files?
By visiting my website, log files will be created on the server of the provider world4you (located in Austria). According to the provider, these log files contain the following types of data:
- URL requested
- Browser type or version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname and IP address
- Time of the server request
These data are not assignable to a particular person by me, because the provider does not analyse or show any IP address in the user statistics. These log files are collected by the provider for statistical purposes and operational reliability and will be deleted automatically after two weeks. The processing of these data is based on the legal provisions of Art. 96 paragraph 3 TKG and Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Yes, my website contains some links to other websites from third parties. Please note that I do not control the content of that site and therefore, I do not assume any responsibility.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. In this case, please contact me personally. If you believe that the processing of your data contravenes data-protection law or your legal claim to protection of your data has been violated in some other way, you can complain to the supervisory authorities. In Austria, it is the Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde).
